Mark joined JMP in 1988 and became a member of the board in 1996. He is a senior member of JMP’s Management Team and is responsible as the Practice Leader based in Melbourne. Mark is ultimately responsible for the successful delivery of the consultancy services of JMP.
He reports to Principal Consultants and the JMP Board. Mark’s role is to manage client relationships, team building within JMP, pro-actively collaborate with the project team, and schedule resources. He is experienced in managing input of design, safety in design, managing risk, best practice, and ESD plus review and sign off of documentation prior to issue. Mark facilitates JMP team meetings and keeps the executive team informed.
Morena joined JMP as Business Systems Manager in 2003. Since then we have flourished in our fields of strength. Morena is now Practice Manager and Director Quality and assists Mark Byrne in the management of our business.
Peter is a professional structural design engineer with over 30 years of experience in Australia, UK and Asia working for a wide variety of clients on transport, industrial and building structures projects.
Peter has a proven track record of leading and working with teams, development of project opportunities, effective client relationship management and successful delivery of structural and multi-discipline projects.
Peter’s roles have included Executive Director and Structural Country Leader Aurecon Vietnam, Executive Associate and Buildings Structural Leader Aurecon Thailand and Senior Structural Designer JMP Melbourne.
Peter was Project Leader for Hisense Arena Melbourne Tennis Centre. The multipurpose arena seats 12,000 and includes a velodrome, moveable roof and raiseable seating. Peter was responsible for the earthquake analysis and design of the Crown Casino. The Australian buildings earthquake requirements were upgraded during the construction of the Casino.
David is a former Structural Director of JMP. David is respected in the industry for his insights. We rely upon David for his expertise. He has led many of JMP’s prominent projects over the last 20 years.
